Metadata: Automatic Weather Station at Long Island Farm East Falkland
Abstract:
An Automatic Weather Station (Vaisala AWS310) was established at Long Island Farm to measure conditions in Berkeley Sound immediately to the east. The measurements were required as input to determining operational criteria for Ship to ship transfer. The AWS was purchased and operated by Premier Oil Falkland Islands Business Unit. The AWS operated from July 2017 to Feb 2019.
