Metadata: 2016, Bibby Hydromap, West of Duddon Sands OFTO, Rock Dump Survey Barrow Crossing Agreement
Abstract:
Bibby HydroMap were commissioned in July 2016 by DONG Energy to carry out at a survey after a rock dumping campaign at West of Duddon Sands Windfarm (WDS01), and an Asset Integrity Management (AIM) survey Burbo Bank Windfarm (BBW01). In addition to this, a variation order (VO 01) was commissioned for a cable repair survey at WDS01 and a debris survey at the Walney Offshore Windfarm (WOW01). The surveys were undertaken between 30th July and 30th August 2016. The project has been separated out into four sections, with the main objectives of the surveys as follows: 2016-031a: Cable Repair at West of Duddon Sands Windfarm (H11-H12) Multibeam survey of H11 - H12 plus existing and proposed array cable linking the monopiles. 2016-031b: Debris Clearance at Walney Offshore Windfarm (B04) Multibeam debris clearance survey at position B04, 300x300m box. 2016-031c: Rock Dumping Survey at West of Duddon Sands Windfarm Bathymetric survey covering three areas on the export cable route, following a rock dumping campaign. This report presented 3 separate areas over 2 reports: Survey 1a – Barrow Crossing Agreement (BCA) (this report) Survey 1b – KP8.8 and Survey 1c – Cable Burial Areas (CBA) 2016-031d: Asset Integrity Management Survey at Burbo Bank Offshore Windfarm A hydrographic AIM survey (bathymetry) on all WTG positions, array cables and both SSS and MBES on the export cables, along with two further cross lines. This report presented 3 separate areas, including: ? Wind Turbine Generators (WTG) ? Array cables ? Export cables In addition, data was also provided for 2 additional lines across the site.
