Abstract:
The study assesses ship movements and fishing activity around the Wave Hub site located off St Ives Head, Cornwall, south-west England. Analysis of shipping traffic post-installation of the Wave Hub was carried out using AIS data recorded in different periods during 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012during the months of September, October and November 2012.
