Abstract:
This Environmental Statement is provided in support of the application for the variety of consents requiredto construct and operate the Gwynt y Môr Offshore Wind Farm. It is intended to provide details on the proposed project, the need for and the benefits of the proposed wind farm, the regulatory framework controlling its development and operation, descriptions of the existing, baseline environment and an assessment of the potential positive and negative effects of the project.
