This submission presents the findings and assessment from the traffic survey data covering a period of 4 weeks collected during 2 week periods in March and May 2007 together with the risk assessment carried out in the style of a Formal Safety Assessment (FSA). Vessel traffic data was acquired by watch-keepers using Automatic Identification System3 (AIS), Radar and observations carried out 24/7 over the 4 week period, based at the Holland Haven radar site, approximately 7km to the North East of the proposed development |
