Abstract:
The report, commissioned by The Crown Estate, reviews the current state of understanding and implementation of whole life carbon assessments and circular economy practices across the marine industry. Based on research conducted by WSP in 2022, it summarises a wide range of references, stakeholder insights, case studies and links to good practice, and identifies legislative tools, initiatives, research programmes, assessment tools, key knowledge gaps and opportunities for improvement.
