Metadata: Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Sampling Survey 2001/KJ/1: SEA2 survey North Sea (05/05/2001 to 21/05/2001)
Abstract:
This sampling survey has been co-ordinated by, Hartley Anderson Ltd for Department of Trade and industry Strategic Environmental Assessment project (SEA2) the survey took place in May 2001 in the North Sea, Dogger Bank on board the RV Kommandor Jack. The purpose was to collect data as part of Strategic Environmental Assessment project (SEA2). Sample data were collected using Corer and grab sampling equipment. These data were recorded are archived by BGS. Technical details of the survey are contained in “SEA2 North Sea SEA Survey Leg-2 Cruise Report, (Kommandor Jack)” see the Offshore GeoIndex SEA layers and the SEA Portal https://www.bgs.ac.uk/data/sea/app/search.
