Airgun system: Bolt 600B, 2 guns with standar (1-40 cubic inch) range of chamber sizes, Kemi bandpass filter, TSS Model 307 TVG amplifier and display on a EPC 4600 or EPC 3200 graphic recorder. The hydrophone was a Geomecanique 2 channel, 30m, or 50m. Watergun system: Soder Mica-T 80 cubic inch syste, with recording as for the airgun Sparker system: EG&G sparker with up to 5kJ. One 3-element and 1 9-element spark array, Kemo bandpass filter, TSS Model 307 TVG amplifier, TSS Model 302 swell filter and display on a EPC 4600 or EPC 3200 graphic recorder. The hydrophone was a Teledyne 7 channel 10m system. Pinger system: Edo Western 248 pinger, 3.5kHz, 10kW hull mounted transducer. Used with TSS Model 302 swell filter and displayed on a EPC 3200 graphic recorder. Huntec deep-tow boomer: system fitted with adaptive processing unit, Krohn-hite filter and display on a EPC 3200 graphic recorder. Gravity meter: LaCoste and Romberg S75 air-sea system. Worden land gravity meter used for land ties. Magnetometer: Barringer proton magnetometer. For more detailed information see the Cruise Report. |
