  <dc:description xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">The dataset comprises 21 hydrographic data profiles, collected by a conductivity-temperature-depth (CTD) sensor package, from the Inner Seas off the West Coast of Scotland area during the months of November and December 2004. A line of CTDs was carried out through each of the following lochs: Loch Carron, Loch Duich, Loch Hourn, Loch Nevis, Sound of Sleat, North Minch. A complete list of all data parameters are described by the SeaDataNet Parameter Discovery Vocabulary (PDV) keywords assigned in this metadata record. The data were collected by the Fisheries Research Services Aberdeen Marine Laboratory.</dc:description>
