The oceanographic dataset collected during the research cruise identified as 0801S_1 on board the FRV Scotia dataset https://portal.medin.org.uk/portal/start.php?tpc=006_36522429a9d05d1da506ab0473a13360 The dataset comprises 65 hydrographic data profiles, collected by a conductivity-temperature-depth (CTD) sensor package, from across the North East Atlantic Ocean (limit 40W) area specifically along the JONSIS standard section in the northern North Sea and along the standard Faroe Shetland Channel sections.
