  <dc:description xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">This dataset comprises hydrographic data profiles, collected by a conductivity-temperature-depth (CTD) sensor package, during January - February 1981. It incorporates a section from 30N, 25W to 38N, 17W with a closely spaced array of profiles at mooring locations within 50km of 33N, 22W. This included yo-yo casts covering the bottom 500m of the water column.. The data were collected by the Institute of Oceanographic Sciences Wormley Laboratory.</dc:description>
