The oceanographic dataset collected during the research cruise identified as 0700S on board the FRV Scotia dataset https://portal.medin.org.uk/portal/start.php?tpc=006_48e8fa2c349b50dca77dc9d801814c68 The dataset comprises 91 hydrographic data profiles, collected by a conductivity-temperature-depth (CTD) sensor package, from across the North Sea and the North East Atlantic Ocean (limit 40W) areas specifically along the JONSIS standard section in the northern North Sea, along the standard Faroe Shetland Channel sections and the the Rockall Trough standard (Ellett Line) section.
