  <dc:description xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">The dataset comprises 54 hydrographic data profiles, collected by a conductivity-temperature-depth (CTD) sensor package, within the North East Atlantic Ocean area. It incorporates the Rockall via Anton Dohrn (Ellett Line) section, a section from west of Rockall to the shelf break due west of Islay then on to Islay and a section across the North Channel from Islay to Lough Foyle. The data were collected during February and March of 1991. A complete list of all data parameters are described by the SeaDataNet Parameter Discovery Vocabulary (PDV) keywords assigned in this metadata record. The data were collected by the Dunstaffnage Marine Laboratory.</dc:description>
