The oceanographic dataset collected during the research cruise identified as 1600S on board the FRV Scotia dataset https://portal.medin.org.uk/portal/start.php?tpc=006_b06aefc1428c5f4f9acc5a3838a642c7 The dataset comprises 100 hydrographic data profiles, collected by a conductivity-temperature-depth (CTD) sensor package, from across the North Sea and the North East Atlantic Ocean (limit 40W) area specifically along the JONSIS standard section in the northern North Sea, along the standard Faeroe-Shetland Channel sections, at the positions of the Nordic WOCE Moorings A-E, the Wyville-Thomson Ridge and the Faeroe-Shetland Channel.
