  <dc:description xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">This dataset comprises hydrographic data profiles, collected by a conductivity-temperature-depth (CTD) sensor package, during January 1993. It incorporates a CTD survey of the waters within 20 miles of the UK east coast from the Tees to the Thames including stations in the Humber Estuary, Humber Plume and the Wash. The data were collected by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food Lowestoft Fisheries Laboratory as part of the Joint Nutrient Study I (JoNuS).</dc:description>
