  <dc:description xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">The dataset comprises 124 hydrographic data profiles, collected by a conductivity-temperature-depth (CTD) sensor package, from across the Inner Seas off the West Coast of Scotland and the North East Atlantic Ocean (limit 40W) areas specifically all along the west coast of Scotland and surrounding islands area. The data was collected during December of 1987. A complete list of all data parameters are described by the SeaDataNet Parameter Discovery Vocabulary (PDV) keywords assigned in this metadata record. The data were collected by the University of Wales, Bangor School of Ocean Sciences.</dc:description>
