  <dc:description xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">Pembrokeshire Marine Special Area of Conservation (SAC) is considered to be one of the best areas in the UK for marine reef habitats, a category within annex 1 of the Habitats Directive. This dataset comprises of the results of re-surveys of the six Milford Haven rocky intertidal transects first established in 2005, and the additional establishment of a similar transect at Nolton Haven in the north of Pembrokeshire. The purpose of this data capture was to repeat a set of six permanent monitoring sites representative of the rocky shore intertidal habitats within the Haven Waterway and last surveyed in 2005 and to present data on the current status of the sites. This data was also used to establish another site outside the Haven to the north at Nolton Haven.</dc:description>
