This follows on from previous ground-truthing carried out in 2011 (Marine Archive project 313). Analysis and Marine Recorder entry to be undertaken later in the year under Data Capture call-off contract. 

The purpose of this data capture was to conduct a ground truthing exercise through which the extent and quality of Modiolus mussel beds could be assessed in an area of the coast of the Llyn Peninsula, North Wales.</dc:description>
