  <dc:description xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">This dataset is made up of the results of a supralittoral lichen survey on coastal rocks around the Portmeirion headland within the Morfa Harlech. Morfa Harlech is designated as a National Nature Reserve (NNR), Site of Special Sceintific Importance (SSSI), and Candidate Special Area of Conservation (cSAC). The development and diversity of the supralittoral lichen communities is this area is one of great importance and is of conservation significance in this context. The purpose of this data capture was to produce an inventory of supralittoral lichen species, highlighting and localising any noteworthy taxa and assemblages.</dc:description>
