<dc:description xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">Data consists of presense data of nematode worms in the form of count
data.Bulk sediment samples were collected from the Creeksea estuary (south
east coast of the UK) in March 2001.

The csv file "nematodes_field_creeksea_2001" contains data from
field-collected sediments, while the csv entitled
"nematodes_lab_experiemnts_creeksea_2001" contains data from experimental
treatments sumulating the deposition of dredged material. The Read Me file
contains discriptions of the microcosms from the deposition experiements.

Data detailing biomass (and size spectra) of the dominant nematode species
*Cyatholaimus gracilis,*sediment granulometry and total organic carbon
concentrations of bulk sediment is also available.</dc:description>
