<dc:description xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">Data consists of presense data of nematode worms in the form of count data.
Bulk sediment samples were collected from the Creeksea estuary (south east
coast of the UK) in February 1999.

The csv file "nematodes_field_samples_creeksea_1999" contains data from
field-collected sediments, while the csv entitled
"nematodes_lab_experiments_creeksea_1999" contains data from experimental
treatments sumulating the deposition of dredged material. See the Read Me file
for a description of conditions within the microcosms from laboratory
experiments.

Data detailing sediment granulometry and trace metal concentrations of the
bulk sediment is also available.</dc:description>
