<dc:description xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">Data consists of presense data of nematode worms in the form of count data.
Bulk sediment samples were collected from the Creeksea estuary (south east
coast of the UK) in October 1998. The csv file entitled
"nematodes_creeksea_field_samples_1998" contains data from these
field-collected sediments, while while the csv entitled
"nematodes_lab_experiemnts_creeksea_1998" contains data from experimental
treatments sumulating the deposition of dredged material. Please see the Read
Me file for a description of the contions within the laboratory experimental
microcosms.

Data detailing sediment granulometry and trace metal concentrations of the
bulk sediment is also available.</dc:description>
