May 2002** and RV Corystes 4z/03: 4th-9th May 2003) in the English Channel 
and southern North Sea to determine the distribution and abundance of crab
(*Cancer pagurus*) larvae in relation to fishing ground and sea bed sediments 
over the sea area bounded by latitudes 48&#xB0; 30'N and 53&#xB0; 00'N and longitudes 9&#xB0; 
00'W and 2&#xB0; 00'W. This data consists of the numbers and developmental stages 
of crab larvae, along with associated positional data and volumes filtered.</dc:description>
