  <dc:description xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">As part of contract C7466, 50 samples of freshwater and seawater were 
collected at 15 sites in the Stiffkey and Glaven catchments and in Blakeney 
Harbour during the period June-September 2017. Each sample was tested for 
concentrations of the bacterium E. coli using membrane filtration techniques. 
The data were reported by the laboratory as colony forming units/100ml and the 
results were recorded as Excel spreadsheet.</dc:description>
