<dc:description xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">Researchers conducted social science interviews with active and retired crustacean fishers in Wales and in the north east of England. The interview questions were centred around changes in their fishing practises overtime. We also interviewed processors, buyers and exporters on changes in market demand for crustaceans. Enforcement officers were interviewed on their port sampling practises. Interviewees were identified through Bangor University's fisher contact list and other fishers contacted through snow ball sampling.</dc:description>
