  <dc:description xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">This file details the Offshore Study Boundary for Project 1 of the Dogger Round 3 windfarm site and links Tranche A to the Onshore Study Boundary and forms the Project 1 Cable Corridor. This area indicates Forewind's area of search for the cable corridor for the first of 12 projects in the Dogger Bank Offshore Wind Farm Zone. The area shown is based on a 1GW grid connection onshore and a desk assessment of known constraints in the area. Further studies will be conducted to narrow down this corridor further although the intention will remain to take the most direct and feasible (in terms of cable engineering) route. This will also be dependent on where exactly, within Tranche A, the first project is sited and hence where the cable will leave the Zone, which is also yet to be decided. Any restrictions to cabling activity in this area could make the project financially unviable due to the large associated costs of cabling.</dc:description>
