  <dc:description xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">Carmarthen Bay and Estuaries SAC, Mudflats and sandflats, shallow inlets and bays. 23 sediment monitoring locations, distributed around the SAC to represent different locations and habitats, were established in 2005 and 2008. These stations have been monitored using a combination of in-situ recording and sediment core sampling with laboratory analysis of infaunal composition and sediment granulometry.</dc:description>
