<dc:description xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">Survey run by Ambios Environmental Consultants Ltd. for Kerr-McGee Oil (UK) plc. All these records relate to "Cleator (1995) - Lyme Bay Environmental Study Volume 3. Subtidal benthic ecology: Epibenthos" A copy of the report is held at Dorset Environmental Records Centre.
This report forms part of the 'Lyme Bay Environmental Study' series. This volume investigates the hard substratum communities in the eastern section of Lyme Bay (Lyme Regis to Portland Bill). The use of SCUBA was restricted to areas shallower than 30m and involved the survey of 13 sites. Dives were conducted between 29th June - 13th July 1994. The survey was undertaken from the MV Sea Urchin. The location of each site was determined using Differential Global Positioning System. An additional 29 sites were surveyed using an ROV in areas not covered by the diving survey - these are covered in an appendix to this report.</dc:description>
