<dc:description xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">In order to better understand the nature, extent and intensity of interactions amongst coastal users, Marine Scotland asked the Local Coastal Partnerships to collect spatial data not already represented in national datasets. The map shows safe areas for refuge out with the harbour limits and was provided by ports and harbours operations in the Grampian region. It was created by the East Grampian Local Coastal Partnership, and covers the area of sea out to 12 miles. There are other large harbours in the region which have not been captured and so the data set is incomplete.</dc:description>
