  <dc:description xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">Work carried out on the Diamond by the Malvern Archaeological Diving Unit (MADU) between 2002 and 2009 (there may be future work by this licensee team). The work comprised a large amount of documentary research, and limited survey and recovery of samples with the aim of establishing the identity of this vessel, which, following comparison of vessel remains on the site and documented vessel specification, appeared not to be The Diamond. The team's work coincided with Wessex Archaeology's survey of the site.</dc:description>
