  <dc:description xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">Wessex Archaeology was commissioned by CEMEX UK Marine Limited and Tarmac Marine Ltd to undertake an archaeological assessment of 2018 geophysical survey data as part of the heritage annual monitoring process for aggregate extraction Area 458. The data comprised sidescan sonar and multibeam echosounder data acquired by EGS (International) Ltd. Eight anomalies of archaeological potential have been identified within the study area. All of these have been classified as A2 - Uncertain origin of possible archaeological interest.</dc:description>
