The study aimed to monitor and assess the conditions of the reefs and caves in the Thanet coast SAC. In addititon, specific objectives of the study included using the methodology from previous studies, GIS mapping of biotopes and comparison of results with those of previous surveys (in 1997 and 2001).</dc:description>
