<dc:description xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">The principal objective of the survey was to obtain video recordings of the seabed that would help observe sediment types as well as the diversity of epifaunal communities associated with them. Fifteen sites were selected at random between Whitby and the Humber Estuary. A camera was deployed and towed for between 6 and 30 minutes at each site. The video footage was saved and analysed.</dc:description>
