Six draft Special Areas of Conservation (SACs) to Government for sandbank and reef features, of which Shell Flat and Lune deep is one. Consulation is reopened on Lune Deep in Morecombe Bay to assess new scientific evidence and has resulted in significant boundary changes which could impact on stakeholders who may not have taken part in the formal consultation.</dc:description>
