  <dc:description xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">Wessex Archaeology (WA) were contracted by East Anglia ONE Limited (EAOL) to undertake an archaeological assessment of geophysical data acquired from the nearshore section of the East Anglia ONE offshore cable route. This was undertaken as part of continued assessments ahead of the proposed East Anglia ONE offshore windfarm development, and specifically in advance of geotechnical ground investigations planned to be undertaken within the study area. This assessment aims to inform the proposed geotechnical sampling locations by identifying both any possible seabed anomalies and palaeogeographic features of archaeological potential.</dc:description>
