  <dc:description xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">Brown and May have been commissioned by Moray Offshore Renewables Ltd. (MORL) to perform the baseline fish and shellfish ecology assessment of the modified Offshore Transmission Infrastructure (OfTI) located in the Moray Firth, Northern North Sea. This report summarises the ecology and distribution of fish and shellfish, including salmon and sea trout and an impact assessment evaluating the potential effects of the modified OfTI on fish and shellfish receptors during the construction, operation and decommissioning phases, taking account of guidance provided in the National Policy Statement (NPS) for Renewable Energy.
