  <dc:description xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">As part of the third round of offshore wind farm leasing managed by The Crown Estate, RWE Npower Renewables Ltd (NRL) were awarded the rights by The Crown Estate in December 2009 to develop a 1,500 MW offshore wind farm in the Bristol Channel to be constructed between 2015 and 2018. The project is known as the Atlantic Array. NRL requires port facilities for the construction, operation and maintenance of the Atlantic Array for which it has commenced preliminary feasibility work to identify a short list of potential locations. This series contains a number of reports associated with this feasibility work.</dc:description>
