  <dc:description xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">Anatec have been commisioned by Moray Offshore Renewables Ltd (MORL) to perform the baseline navigation assessment of the modified Offshore Transmission Infrastructure (OfTI) located in the Moray Firth, Northern North Sea. This study summarises baseline vessel activity and navigational features in the vicinity of the proposed MORL Offshore Substation Platforms (OSPs) and modified offshore export cable corridor which form the modified offshore Transmision Infrastructure (modified OfTI) to the landfall in the north east coast of Scotland. In carrying out the assessment, recreational sailing data, maritime incidents, fishing sightings / surveillance data and shipping survey data in the area was used to identify the baseline navigational activity. Furthermore, consultation with relevant statutory and non-statutory bodies was undertaken. This series includes a Technical report, chapters for the MORL OfTI Environmental Statement, figures in PDF format and associated GIS datasets in ESRI shapefile format.</dc:description>
