  <dc:description xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">Celtic Array published this Statement of Community Consultation for a proposed offshore wind farm, named Rhiannon wind Farm, which will be situated in the south eastern part of the Irish Sea Zone. This zone forms part of a large scale programme of offshore wind leasing by The Crown Estate (known as Round 3) which started in 2008 and concluded in January 2010. This Statement of Community Consultation explains how Celtic Array will formally consult with local communities, including residents living in the vicinity of the development in order to identify areas within the Irish Sea Zone that are potentially suitable for wind farm development, and further development of eth proposed project.
