  <dc:description xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">Baseline bird observation survey transects (2002-2004) by Ecology Consulting of the baseline bird survey data collected since the submission of the Environmental Statement for the Robin Rigg wind farm, covering May 2002 - September 2004. The main aim of both this work and that presented in the ES was to determine the distribution and abundance of seabirds using the Solway offshore wind farm site and its surrounds. The survey methods were designed to suit as best possible all of the main bird groups that were being surveyed.</dc:description>
