  <dc:description xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">On behalf of Mainstream Renewable Power Limited , Gardline Geosciences has carried out a preliminary geotechnical site investigation at Neart Na Gaoithe offshore wind farm site in 2010. The survey presents the results of the Cone Penetration Tests (CPTs) carried out at 36 locations, vibrocores at 33 locations and boreholes at 2 locations. Further laboratory testing were done on the samples gathered from the Boreholes and Vibrocores. The geotechnical logs created provides soil information to assist in the development of the proposed main turbine (array) area.</dc:description>
