  <dc:description xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">Both manual and automated traffic counts were undertaken in the surrounding of the proposed location of the London Array offshore wind farm. The manual counts were undertaken by the Baptie Group at the intersections of Head Hill Road/Whitstable Road, and Monkshill Road/Seasalter Road. The automatic traffic surveys were carried out by Kent Highways Unit in Graveney and Goodstone during May 2004.</dc:description>
