  <dc:description xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">The Crown Estate has undertaken a leasing round, known as &#x2018;Round 3&#x2019;, for the next generation
of offshore wind farms in UK waters. The Round 3 proposals comprise nine development
zones, which are located around the UK. Following the negotiation and signing of a Zone
Development Agreement (ZDA), a single successful bidder will be awarded exclusive
development rights for offshore wind farms in each zone. The ZDAs will not be signed until the
HRA process is complete.</dc:description>
