  <dc:description xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">This project was been requested by npower renewables after an objection to the Gwynt y Mor Offshore Wind Farm was lodged by NATS En-route Ltd (NERL) on the grounds of the potential impact on the St Annes radar. Airport Planning and Development Ltd (APD) were appointed to look into this and subsequently requested QinetiQ to assist in the technical part of the investigation. This report provides an assessment of visibility of both North Hoyle and proposed Gwynt y M&#xF4;r wind farms from neighbouring radars.</dc:description>
