  <dc:description xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">Osiris Projects were commissioned in June 2012 by Dong Energy Burbo (UK) Ltd to carry out a variety of hydrographical, geological, environmental and unexploded ordnance (UXO) surveys at the Burbo Bank Extension site, Cable Route, Irish Sea Metmast North, Irish Sea Metmast South (Lidar) and the magnetic anomaly cluster in the southeast corner of the Burbo Bank Extension site. The surveys were carried out between 7th and 19th June 2012. In addition Gardline Geosurvey carried out a geophysical survey (fieldwork was undertaken by Titan Environmental Surveys Ltd) for DONG Energy Burbo Bank Extension (UK) Ltd in the Irish Sea; the object was to investigate the proposed Burbo Bank Extension Inshore Area using single beam and multi-beam echo sounders, sidescan sonar, boomer and magnetometer equipment. Positioning control for the survey was the Ordnance Survey VRS network.</dc:description>
