  <dc:description xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">To identify the presence of UXO (Un-Exploded Ordnance) at the site of the offshore wind farm of London Array, geophysical interpretation of Sonar and Magnetometer Charts together with detailed interrogation of the digital raw data were undertaken in February 2004.

Out of 2,120 magnetic anomalies identified within the London Array site area (excluding transmission cable route), 26 high frequency anomalies of greater than 5 nT anomalies that have not been accounted for as a known wreck or side scan sonar contact are within or in close proximity to a 50 m distance of the proposed cable route centre lines.</dc:description>
