  <dc:description xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">Samsung Heavy Industries Company Limited wishes to construct a demonstration wind
turbine at The Energy Park, Fife, in Methil, Scotland.
On the instructions and under the supervision of Ironside Farrar Limited (the Engineer),
acting on behalf of Scottish Enterprise (the Employer), a site investigation has been
carried out by Fugro Seacore Limited (FSL) off the coast of The Energy Park.
The objective of the investigation was to determine the ground and ground
contamination conditions at the site and to provide information that would assist
Samsung Heavy Industries Company Limited in the geotechnical and geoenvironmental
appraisal of the site for the proposed works. The scope of the investigation was
determined by Ramboll, Samsung Heavy Industries Company Limited's geotechnical /
foundation designer.</dc:description>
