Key recommendations include adopting multidisciplinary, regionally relevant methodologies, ongoing methodological enhancements (such as GPS, GIS, and sensors), maintaining year-round baseline monitoring, and ensuring expert oversight and standardised behavioural coding to improve data comparability and inform conservation and mitigation strategies around offshore windfarms.</dc:description>
