  <dc:description xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">Dogger Bank Teesside A &amp; B, the subject of this ES, are the first and second
projects of the second stage of the Dogger Bank development. Forewind&#x2019;s
development of the Dogger Bank Zone began with Dogger Bank Creyke Beck
for which planning application was lodged during 2013. Dogger Bank Teesside
A &amp; B will comprise two wind farms, each generating up to 1.2GW, and will
connect to the existing National Grid substation at Lackenby, in Teesside.
Dogger Bank Teesside A &amp; B projects will have a total combined generating
capacity of up to 2.4GW.</dc:description>
