  <dc:description xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">The purpose of the document in this series is to present the findings of the Screening and Stage 1 MCZ assessment, carried out in line with the MMO guidance, and follows on from the Pre-Screening report requested during initial consultation with the MMO and Natural England. The pre-screening report was submitted on 18th April 2016 and presented the initial approaches to the assessment and set broad screening categories to apply once the site specific modelling was complete. All consultation responses on the Pre-Screening report have been incorporated into this Stage 1 report.</dc:description>
